Supportive Physiotherapy Professional

We have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled physiotherapist to join our team.
As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs and goals.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and compassionate physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.
You will use your clinical expertise to assess participants' physical level of function and capacity through observations and standardised assessments.
Based on these findings, you will formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based interventions to help them achieve their full potential.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with your Allied Health Manager to engage with key stakeholders and grow our service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess participants' physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are grounded in best practice and focused on achieving positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our service.
