We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of return-to-work files, ensuring timely and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Conduct one-off assessments and make recommendations to support clients' return to work.
- Attend medical appointments and communicate complex medical information to insurer customers.
- Initial assessments, workplace assessments, ADL assessments, and writing insurance reports.
- Communicate with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate intervention.
- Facilitate a safe and timely graduated return to work plan.
- Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
- Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with AHPRA/ESSA.
- Car and valid Driver's license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
