Speech Pathology Team Leader Alternative

This role offers the ideal candidate the chance to utilize their expertise in leadership and clinical supervision while working with a multidisciplinary team. We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide guidance, mentorship, and training to our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide formal 1:1 supervision and mentorship to team members
- Organize regular peer group supervision sessions to facilitate growth and collaboration
- Deliver essential speech pathology services to participants within the community
- Utilize observation and standardized assessments to formulate targeted treatment goals
Requirements:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Significant experience working as a Speech Pathologist, particularly in leadership roles
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS framework
- Background in providing training and clinical supervision to other speech pathologists
