As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in helping customers service their own businesses, keeping millions connected, and building stronger communities.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team players who love working with customers. You'll need:

- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling

- The ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers

- Managing high value transactions accurately

- Conducting and processing identity services transactions

- Promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling

- Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs

- Building rewarding relationships with customers

- Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

Fixed Term Part Time - 20 Hours per week. Rostered shifts will include working a 4 hour shift, 5 days per week Monday - Friday.
