Job Title: Solution Architect

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and customer requirements to deliver tailored workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and customer needs to create customized workforce management strategies.
  • Implement enterprise workforce management solutions, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for managing the workforce, including award interpretation, labor productivity, and rostering requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and analysis to identify and document WFM requirements, demonstrating solution capabilities to optimize workforce management investment.
  • Configure Kronos solutions that meet customer needs, planning and executing testing activities to validate proposed solutions.
  • Assist in the transition, user adoption, planning, and deployment of UKG solutions.
  • Support and collaborate with other consultants as part of a cohesive and efficient team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • High adaptability, creativity, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A confident presenter and team player who is motivated to grow professionally.
  • Organized and structured, with advanced MS Office skills and availability for travel.
