About This Opportunity

A motivated individual with excellent customer service skills is required to manage daily store operations, leading a high-performing team to deliver premium experiences.

This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, providing stability and opportunities for career advancement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to consistently meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain brand standards and support visual merchandising and stock management processes.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture promoting collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Proven track record in a senior beauty advisor or manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators and ability to analyze and report figures.
  • Skin care experience is desirable but not essential.
