The Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Darra. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and productive operation of our business. Your focus will be on our field and construction staff, and you will be responsible for building, implementing, and developing safety procedures and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety procedures and risk assessments
• Update Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for specific project needs
• Provide training and support for site-based personnel
• Improve hazard identification by our field staff
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are documented and implemented
• Review and update policies as required
• Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Cert 4 in OH&S
• Ability to write safety procedures and perform risk assessments
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
