About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Solutions Architect to join our team at Sense Recruitment. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents, problems, and service requests with ease and efficiency.
  • Provide timely updates and resolutions, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.
  • Resolve issues remotely or assist end-users on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower the Service Desk and Desktop Support team.
  • Design, architect, and deploy Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite, leveraging Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement and maintain captivating AVD environments, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Ensure devices and software meet stringent security requirements, protecting our clients' sensitive data.
  • Manage end-user hardware, from procurement to decommissioning, optimizing our clients' IT infrastructure.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.

About You

  • You possess extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and modern workplace tools, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with a deep understanding of complex IT systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Teams, with expertise in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products and services, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strong adherence to Change Management using ITIL supported frameworks, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
