Global Compliance Specialist Role

As a Global Solutions and Risk Compliance team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance of our products and services worldwide. Your expertise will be essential in classifying products and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance for product listings.

The team is responsible for partnering with stakeholders to implement operational changes that meet the ever-changing regulatory landscape. You will review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings and classify products while addressing deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with your manager and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing product information against regulatory documentation
  • Classifying products and addressing deviations from SOPs
  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement operational changes

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
  • Commitment to research and data interpretation

Education and Proficiency

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
  • Thai B1+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • English B2+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication

Prior Experience and Education Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
  • 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA
  • Expertise in database querying (SQL)
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, or corporate environments
  • Background in data analysis within quantitative fields, including the development of data and decision support systems
