Group Fitness Coach Position

We're looking for a coach who brings great energy and education to every session. You'll lead fitness training sessions, build genuine relationships with our members and work alongside fellow coaches to create an environment for members to train, connect and stay active.

This is a part-time position with secured coaching blocks - giving you consistency in your week.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A recognised qualification in fitness instruction (Certificate III in Fitness or higher)
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Experience in personal or group training (desired but not mandatory with the willingness to learn)
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others
  • Reliability, professionalism and a team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
