Customer Experience Ambassador
This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
You will be responsible for boosting brand awareness and sales through outstanding customer service, sharing your enthusiasm for coffee, and educating store staff on our products.
This position is ideal for someone who has availability on weekends as you have other commitments during the week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building relationships with customers and store staff to drive sales and brand awareness
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing training to store staff
- Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets

To be successful, you will need:
- Previous sales experience (highly desirable)
- Availability to work weekends
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
