
Digital Growth Manager

We're seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to drive digital growth, shape the customer experience, and lead UX/UI optimisation projects to improve conversion rates and overall usability.
\This role involves managing day-to-day operations of an e-commerce site, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience across all regions. Key responsibilities include owning revenue targets by developing strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual goals.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.\
- Lead UX/UI optimisation projects to improve conversion rates and overall usability.\
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns and product launches.\
- Oversee site merchandising, product categorisation, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.\
- Monitor and report on site performance, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics.\
- Work with developers and external partners to implement site enhancements and new features.\
- Set and execute email and SMS marketing strategies to increase revenue.\
- Manage databases in all regions, focusing on list growth.\
- Maintain best-in-class standards for email and SMS flows.\
- \Requirements:\
- \
- 4–6 years' experience managing e-commerce in retail or consumer brands.\
- Proven success driving measurable growth through UX/UI improvements.\
- Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).\
- Analytical mindset with confidence in GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.\
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.\
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial results focus.\
- Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Design—or equivalent experience.\
