Warehouse Support Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Support Team Leader to join our team at our Mt Thorley branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day control and operation of the warehouse, receipt and dispatch functions, invoicing function, parts interpretation, invoicing and component control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Parts interpretation and order processing of genuine and non-genuine parts
  • Providing feedback to customers on enquiries and outstanding orders
  • Assisting customers with technical queries
  • Managing incoming/outgoing stock requirements of the branch
  • Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Leading and directing warehouse staff with their daily responsibilities
  • Engaging with the Warehouse team to ensure goals are aligned with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
  • Current driver's license (forklift license will be advantageous)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Mechanical knowledge/aptitude highly regarded
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a great work ethic
  • Commitment to safety
  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Experience in people management in a team-leader or 2IC capacity
