Are you a seasoned project professional seeking a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee multidisciplinary engineering projects in the mining and mineral processing sectors.

About the Job

This full-time, permanent position is based in Melbourne and offers the opportunity to deliver high-profile projects from concept through to commissioning within an EPCM environment. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery across scope, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, procurement) and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with 8–12 years' experience in project delivery within mineral processing, heavy industry, or EPCM/consulting. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Civil, or Electrical) is required, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Proven experience in project management and using project management tools including Primavera P6/MS Project, and contract management is essential.
