As a Software Engineering Manager at Healius, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable modern software applications for our clients. You will lead a team of engineers in developing high-quality code that is secure, performant, and well-tested across the entire technology stack. Your expertise in cloud-native solutions, DevOps principles, and infrastructure-as-code practices will be essential in driving the buildout of modular services on cloud platforms, virtual machines, and other deployment platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and reliable developer platforms
  • Developing value-added features, troubleshooting issues, and improving application stability and performance
  • Provisioning, maintaining, and operating cloud resources to support software applications
  • Leading a team of engineers in developing high-quality code and implementing DevOps practices

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade software applications using modern technologies
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers
  • Familiarity with design patterns, clean coding standards, and functional and object-oriented programming
  • Strong experience working with top programming languages such as JavaScript, GoLang, and Python
