Electrical Professionals Wanted for Various Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors, Electricians and New to Industry Electricians to join our diverse team in the Bowen Basin. The successful candidates will be engaged on a variety of rostered maintenance, service days, and Ad Hoc works.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients on scheduled maintenance down days with long term clients at various sites, CHPPs and Infrastructure Equipment, Draglines and Shovels, and other associated plant.

  • Scheduled Maintenance: Engage in regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • CHPPs and Infrastructure Equipment: Work on the maintenance and repair of Coal Handling Preparation Plants and infrastructure equipment.
  • Draglines and Shovels: Conduct routine maintenance tasks on draglines and shovels, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Rostered Opportunities: Participate in rotating shifts and schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Shift Relief: Provide short- and long-term relief for electrical personnel as needed.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to urgent requests from clients for electrical assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical Mechanic or Electrical Fitter Mechanic Trade Certifications.
  • QLD Electrical License.
  • Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000.
  • Current CPR/LVR.
  • Current Standard 11.
  • Current Coal Board Medical.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Working at Heights (Highly advantageous).
  • Confined Space (Highly advantageous).
  • Gas Test Atmospheres (Highly advantageous).
  • EWP (Highly advantageous).
