Facilities Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to provide expert facilities management services for a portfolio of retail stores across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders to deliver effective facilities services
  • Liaise and negotiate with contractors
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the stores
  • Manage budgets and oversee purchase orders/invoicing
  • Collate and manage safety information and records
  • Publish, update and create Best Practice for store teams

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of facilities management experience, exceptional communication skills, proficient admin/Microsoft Office skills, and strong Retail experience.
