Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and implementing high-quality educational programs for children.

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
  • Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
