About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Educator to join our team in providing high-quality training to general practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Support registrars in their educational journey, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
  • Develop and deliver educational content for programs, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials
  • Collaborate with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve optimal outcomes for registrars and supervisors
  • Provide registrar support, education, training site support, supervisor support, and cultural and health training for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

Requirements

">
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment
  • Medical education experience, particularly in small group teaching and development of educational content
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently
