Job Title: Network Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

This is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing the real-time operational control of an airline network. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe flight coordination, monitoring flight schedules, managing delays or disruptions, and optimizing aircraft and crew utilization.

The role involves coordinating with pilots, ground staff, and aerodrome operators to address operational issues. Additionally, the supervisor will analyze and resolve disruptions such as delays, technical problems, and weather-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-of-operations activities.
  • Monitor and manage real-time flight operations.
  • Coordinate with teams to address operational issues.
  • Analyze and resolve disruptions.
  • Optimize aircraft and crew scheduling.
  • Communicate operational changes and updates.
