Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals living with disability to participate meaningfully in their communities. You will work collaboratively with participants, their families, and other support staff to provide person-centred care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to participants in their own homes or supported accommodation.">
  • Assist participants with community access, including shopping, appointments, and social activities.">
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other support staff to develop and implement individualised plans.">

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.">
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) – current and valid.">
  • Current Police Check (issued within the last 3 years).">
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR (within 1 year).">
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – 'Quality, Safety and You'.

**What You Need To Know:**

Shifts are offered across various times, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays with relevant penalty rates and allowances. Some roles may require transporting participants to community activities (appointments, shopping, etc.). You'll be reimbursed for travel time and vehicle usage where applicable.
