Data Center Operations Engineer

The Data Center Engineering Operations team is responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure of our data centers, ensuring safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost standards.
As a Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in managing contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with practices, procedures, and legislation.
- Maintain performance benchmarks, analyze data, and prepare reports on infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Create Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets as directed.
- Contribute to documentation related to business and facility operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing facility assets and infrastructure inventory.
- Participate in routine maintenance and emergency services on systems like switchgear, generators, UPS, power distribution, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and monitoring systems.
- Support the design, implementation, commissioning, and build-out of new facilities.
We are looking for individuals with little to no experience who are result-driven, possess technical understanding (electrical/mechanical), and have the drive and passion to learn data center engineering operations.
