About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Banking Consultant to join our team in Roselands, NSW. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting the financial needs of our customers.

As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

We're looking for someone with exceptional customer focus, retail experience, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity. You will also need to be willing to work in a collaborative team environment and have a sound understanding of compliance.
