Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to manage and coordinate service packages during the design and construction phases.
This role will involve collaborating closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch internal tradespeople and subcontractors according to project timelines
- Monitor and track service progress, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, RFIs, compliance documents
About This Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in high-rise construction projects and possesses strong organisational skills.
- Key Skills:
- Trade qualification (Certificate III or higher) in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical discipline
- 3–5 years' experience coordinating service works
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with subcontractors and internal teams
