As a proactive services team member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our stores, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our customers and team members alike.

This is a physical role that requires working both in and outside the store. You'll collect and push trolleys from specific locations, but don't worry – you'll be fully trained to operate all sorts of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer. Your shift will be structured with set tasks to complete, including:

  • Collecting and pushing trolleys from specific locations
  • Cleaning across all departments and team rooms, using clear visual aids to guide you through our in-store cleaning checklist
  • Helping our customers in store with answering questions or providing directions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A can-do attitude with a roll-up-the-sleeves approach to tasks
  • The ability to travel to and from your employing store
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, which may include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
