Job Description

As a key member of the Healthscope team, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable functions, including AP inbox and checking coding of invoices.
  • Processing staff expense claims with attention to detail.
  • Preparing and emailing invoices for accounts receivable, as well as following up on overdue invoices.
  • Providing exceptional support for supplier and debtor accounts inquiries.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of cash accounts with strong analytical skills.
  • Developing reports as directed by management.
  • Offering backup support to other business services, such as patient accounts, as required.

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of data.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS suite to efficiently perform tasks.

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive salary, estimated at around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
