Job Description

Clinicians are required to work in our expanding Pathways to Recovery program. This program aims to support individuals with severe and complex mental illness through a collaborative coordination of care.

  • Collaboratively plan and implement assessment and treatment services for individual clients.
  • Provide goal-oriented therapeutic interventions and strategies for eligible clients.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Social Worker
  • Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist/Occupational Therapist
  • Registered Nurse (RN)

Minimum of two years full-time post-graduate experience working within a primary/community mental health setting or equivalent is desirable.
