Digital Resource Manager

About this role : The Senior Project Officer contributes to the Digital Resources team, creating evidence-based and family-friendly digital resources. Key responsibilities include reviewing, revising, and transitioning MCH printed resources into digital formats, ensuring digital resources remain fit-for-purpose for use by the clinical MCH workforce, Victorian parents, carers, and families.
Key Accountabilities :- Contributing to high-priority, complex projects within the Maternal and Child Health and Early Parenting Unit, including resource review and reform.
- Applying best-practice project management techniques, including reporting, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
- Gathering expert advice for developing user-friendly parent-facing resources.
- Developing briefs on complex issues with options for decision-making.
- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to secure commitment and meet project timelines.
