Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for globally-focused businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with all stakeholders of the project to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation to gather and document business requirements.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.
- Support the development team in clarifying requirements and participating in backlog grooming.
- Prioritize features and work on the project roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform acceptance testing and support the UAT stage to ensure high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in BA activities.
- Practical experience in applying key BA techniques, such as use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, functional decomposition, and items tracking.
- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Requirements Life Cycle Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good soft skills, including communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and more.
