Duties may include:

  • Assisting with meal preparation and cooking according to menu and recipes
  • Learning kitchen management, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation
  • Working closely with the team to prepare dishes to the highest standard
  • Developing efficiency in a busy kitchen environment

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to demonstrate initiative

  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Have problem-solving capabilities
  • Work well under pressure and demonstrate resilience
