Disability Support Role

This role is ideal for those who love the outdoors and want to make a difference in their community. As a Disability Support Worker/Mentor, you'll work closely with our clients to develop their skills and confidence, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assist with community access and outings
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencing work
  • Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Current, non-restricted open drivers licence or non-restricted provisional licence
  • Roadworthy, registered and fully comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Strong verbal communication skills
