Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate records and stock integrity, and an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.
  • Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in an efficient and orderly manner.
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities.
  • Commit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld.
  • Use of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movement.
  • Provide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.
  • Maintain store floor and stockroom standards.

About the Role:

  • 2-3 years of retail storeroom experience is highly desirable.
  • Customer service orientation and work experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, squat, bend, and lift up to 15kg.
