We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Director to lead sales operations and optimise supply chain processes in a dynamic and growing company within the food and agricultural sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Management: Oversee daily orders and service for supermarket accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and commercial success.
  • Production & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and export logistics, managing freight contracts and optimising routes for cost efficiency.
  • Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and implement sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work closely with management to enhance production processes, develop pricing strategies, and ensure quality fulfillment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the logistics team to maximise performance and promote continuous improvement through lean methodologies.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and supply chain management, preferably within the food or agricultural industry.
  • Proficiency in supermarket supply chain software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to expand client accounts, drive sales growth, and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
