Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

A talented and experienced technical leader is sought to lead the development and deployment of artificial intelligence applications and machine learning models that drive business innovation.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and operationalise AI solutions that enhance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and GenAI agentic applications to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Advanced experience building solutions leveraging frameworks like LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, etc., and experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in Jenkins, GitHub, and Bamboo.
  • Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Chef.
  • Significant experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar for data processing and feature engineering.
  • Experience with implementing solutions on Azure ML, Synapse, and Azure AI Services.
  • Familiarity with Graph databases and their usage patterns, together with experience in backend and frontend development using Node.js and React.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as bash and PowerShell.
  • Possess relevant certification on Azure and AWS.
