• Train, mentor, and develop cafe staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Schedule and coordinate shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs and provide adequate coverage.
• Drive sales through creative marketing and up-selling strategies, leveraging customer insights and market trends to inform decision-making.

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
