Essential Criteria- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
