Job Title: Lead Structural Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead our structural engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a small design team, including mentoring junior engineers and being involved in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow a small design team by mentoring junior engineers and participating in the hiring process.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
