Job Title: Campus Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Campus Engagement Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing and implementing programs, events, and activities that enhance student engagement and promote a sense of community among our diverse student population.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at our North Sydney campus. As a key member of our Student Life team, you will work closely with students, staff, and external partners to design and deliver engaging experiences that foster connections, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a range of student engagement programs, events, and activities that align with our institution's strategic objectives;
  • Collaborate with students, staff, and external partners to identify opportunities for engagement and develop targeted initiatives;
  • Work closely with the Student Life team to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services;
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of student engagement principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
