We are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. You will be responsible for building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

About the Role

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of our children and families
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to promote a culture of respect and open communication

Requirements

- Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- Have a strong understanding of both the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Hold a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
- First Aid certificate
