Job Opportunity: Swim Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and passionate swim instructor to join our team. As a swim instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by teaching them the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the water.

The role involves delivering swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities. You will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the needs of your students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and be committed to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Create engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate
  • Energetic, innovative, and decisive teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
