Aircraft Maintenance Specialist with Global Travel Opportunities

We are seeking a qualified B1.1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to work on a full-time basis at our Stations in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to join our team as a B1.1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of aircraft, working closely with our teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to regulatory requirements issued by CASA;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- Travel domestically and internationally as required;
- Hold a valid state driver's licence;
- Meet ASIC and ADA eligibility requirements;
- Possess excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency;
- CASA-registered B1/B2 licence;
- Minimum 3 years LAME line maintenance certification experience;
- Familiarity with maintenance regulations;
- Excellent knowledge of line maintenance operations and requirements;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- $135,872.38 + Superannuation + Licence & type Allowances for CASA-registered candidates;
- $122,961 + superannuation for 6 months while obtaining CASA registration, then as per above for non-CASA registered candidates;
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid leave, training opportunities, and professional development support.
This role requires regular travel, both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate must be able to work alone or in a team environment and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills. A valid state driver's licence is also required.
