Curriculum Coordinator Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to coordinate curriculum development and assessment for Vocational Education and Training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality coordination in the design and development of teaching, learning, and assessment resources with best pedagogical practices.
  • Coordinating the development of curriculum materials and assessments suitable for digitisation and use in blended learning frameworks.
  • Ensuring curriculum materials and assessments meet all training package requirements.

To succeed, you must have:

  • An approved degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant vocational area or equivalent qualifications and industry experience.
  • Minimum teaching qualification of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching within vocational education and training.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing vocational education and training curriculum and assessments. Experience in SIT, FBP, AMP, BSB, and SIR training packages is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience using established project management methodologies to coordinate teams working under tight deadlines in challenging environments.
  • Knowledge of current trends in vocational education and training, particularly in curriculum and assessment resource development with a focus on best pedagogical approaches.
  • Demonstrated capacity for innovative thinking and creative approaches to curriculum and assessment design.
