Job Title:

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Job:

This role is responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the store. The successful candidate will be expected to support and develop their team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step, with a proven track record in retail or trade management. They will also possess mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and flexible availability, including the ability to work varied shifts.

In this role, you will work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success. You will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, creating moments that matter for customers and living, breathing genuine service.

You will be a safety leader, always providing the safest work environment for yourself, team members, and customers. This role requires lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving, so a valid driver's license is essential.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
  • Demonstrated previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
  • Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work varied shifts
  • A valid driver's license
