About Your RoleAs a Junior Associate – Fixed Income, your primary responsibility will be to support a team of relationship managers in managing their client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
You will provide exceptional client service, particularly to a large private client base, and resolve any complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to maintain a strong understanding of credit markets, global macro-outlook, and the specific products offered by FIIG.
You will become familiar with FIIG's tools for bond portfolio construction and trade suggestions, and consistently update and maintain our client relationship Management Software (CRM).
You will attend and contribute to regular sales and client meetings, including the morning meeting, and assist the sales team in achieving revenue, client service, and client acquisition targets.
You will support communication between the front and back office to ensure sales processes are adhered to in accordance with our national sales process.
You must use your initiative to support the sales team by analyzing client data and records from within CRM and generating trade ideas and drafting sales notes.
You will always act in a professional and efficient manner, supporting your team in delivering private wealth management solutions to FIIG clients, including all aspects of administrative support.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of corporate experience, preferably in finance, sales, or customer service roles.
A degree in finance or mathematics, or an RG146 qualification, would be highly regarded.
You should have a desire to work in financial markets, with an interest in direct client service and advice.
You must be a team player with a good attitude and energy, who can contribute positively to our strong culture within FIIG.
You are results-focused and can display initiative and independence in your work.
