Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Assist with meal preparation, including food handling, cooking, and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Support the catering manager in maintaining accurate records and inventory management.
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
