Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to enhance our Commercial division in Queensland. This permanent part-time position offers 31 hours per week, with flexible scheduling across 4 or 5 days. The role involves engaging directly with Store Managers and showcasing Simplot products to optimize their visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the State Field Manager - QLD, you will manage your own territory to achieve sales targets for Simplot's branded products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Woolworths and Coles stores, including:
- 10 Platinum stores (weekly visits)
- 8 Gold stores (bi-weekly visits)
Daily tasks will involve:
- Implementing store planograms and layouts to ensure optimal product placement
- Building and maintaining attractive in-store displays
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers
- Executing sales and field plans effectively
- Listening and planning to meet customer needs
- Achieving Territory KPIs and Field Drive incentives
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic personality with strong organizational skills. You should be enthusiastic about fostering relationships and be recognized for your collaborative spirit. A local presence is preferred, along with a reliable vehicle for store visits, with travel expenses reimbursed.
