We are seeking a skilled Sanitisation and Trolley Retrieval Team Member to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Eastgardens. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store by completing various cleaning tasks, collecting trolleys, and supporting waste processing routines.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, and emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Help our customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
