Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the successful operation of our venues in Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. As a Regional Leader, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring and providing structure to your team members.

  • Foster high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support your direct reports with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Analyze sales, COGS, labour and profit & loss results to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a state-manager level role, and at least 3+ years at a multi-site level within a QSR environment. They should possess excellent leadership skills, autonomy and time management abilities.

A natural leader and proactive thinker who can bring innovative solutions to the table is required. They should also exhibit positive energy, curiosity, a willingness to challenge the status quo and a drive to learn and grow.
