About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including child safety and wellbeing
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the centre's team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager is ideal
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the childcare space
