ASC is Australia's leading submarine builder and sustainment provider. We have been selected by the Australian Government to undertake the nation's nuclear-powered submarine program, the largest industrial undertaking in Australia's history.
We are looking for recent project management graduates with a solid understanding of key projects management methodologies and frameworks, ready to apply their knowledge in real-world high-impact projects.
This is a structured 2-year graduate program which will commence in January 2026. The program offers individuals the opportunity to;
Launch and grow their project management career with a leading defence organisation.
Be exposed to various business units within ASC such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Program Delivery, Capital Acquisition, Forward Planning, PMO, Supply Chain, Submarine Certification, Quality, WHSE, Production Planning and Operations Services.
Take ownership of meaningful tasks and see projects through to completion.
Learn and develop new skills and knowledge to enhance capability.
Plan and develop schedules for various business programs.
Conduct cost performance analysis and treatment strategies.
Develop expertise in managing project risk, including mitigation and opportunity realisation actions.
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Apply principles learnt to problem solving.
